I was worried about going on a cruise (first one since being diagnosed with celiac) but they were amazing at accommodating me. The wait staff took care to ensure everything was gluten free. My dinner and breakfast orders were taken the day before and prepared separately. If you’re thinking you want to have breakfast in the dining room the next morning, your waiter will also bring you the breakfast menu so they can prep your meal ahead of time.
